My name is Madhu and my home guest suite is a quiet sanctuary tucked away from the bustle of the city, offering guests a serene and relaxing environment. Here, the focus is on comfort and calm. Whether you’re here to explore the local area, recharge, or simply enjoy a slower pace of life, my place is designed to be a welcoming home away from home. Art is central to my life and create most of it in the house above the studio. The space is for your privacy and completely independent of the house apart from the garage if you need to store anything. The completely private studio is below the main house with its own entrance and sunny patio. Recently renovated so its bright and spotless, perfect for couples or solo travellers. There is a 5 minute walk to Lyttelton's has a vibrant, dining scene with roughly 15–20 distinct cafes, restaurants, and bars, largely located along or near London Street. Popular spots include Lyttelton Coffee Company, Civil & Naval, Eruption Brewing, and several pizzerias, offering a mix of casual dining, cafes, and historic pub experiences. The harbour is also a 5 minute walk and you can catch a ferry to Diamond Harbour and Quail Island. There are also many scenic walks including a walk along the bays. The studio features free fast broadband WIFI, a heat pump, full double glazing, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with all toiletries provided. A small garage next to the studio is available upon request for storing your bikes or large luggage. This is a perfect space for a lovely retreat as a couple or for the solo traveller. Unfortunately the space is not suitable for children.
