Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests traveling with children under 18 must book the entire room they are occupying.
We do not allow children in shared environments; guests who do not abide by this policy will be required to upgrade to a private configuration. If none are available, then our cancelation policies will apply, and the party will not be able to stay.
If you need to check in after reception closes (currently 21:00), you will need to contact us to organize this, and we will need to take payment for your reservation in advance.
Unfortunately, due to past incidents, we regret having to inform you that we do not allow ‘stag’, ‘buck’ or ‘hen’ parties and motorcycle ‘gangs’ at our accommodations. Any reservations found to violate this rule will be asked to leave without a refund.
Some of our private rooms and dormitories are available in multiple configurations (e.g., a 4-bed dorm may also be sold as a twin, triple, quad, or family room). While only one configuration can be booked at a time, the system may allow multiple bookings for the same physical space.
If you are booking multiple rooms, please contact us first to confirm availability and ensure there are no double bookings. We will do our best to accommodate your group and prevent any issues.
