We are absolutly on the beach with a private beach access over flat sandhills and only 20 seconds walk to the water. There is no road to cross, you are literally on the beach. This place is looking to relax in a quiet location for luxury and privacy, then this is the place. No traffic noise. This luxury ground floor apartment is centrally located for Bayfair Shopping Mall with everything you need only 10 minutes walk with various Alfresco dining just opened restaurants. There is Baywave swimming complex across the road from the Mall with a waterslide, a wave pool and lap pool swimming. We are 10 minutes drive to Mount Maunganui shops , cafes and restaurants. Only 15 minutes drive to walk up and around our beautiful Mount with surrounding cafes and restaurants.
We love travelling, enjoying new cultures and meeting new people. Our greatest joy is sharing experiences of travel with people. We enjoy sport and I am active each day with walking, running swimming and cycling.
We have several favourite cafes very nearby that we can recommend. One is only a 15 minute walk along the beach then up to the cafe for a latte or a cappucinno and then a walk back. There is also Imbibe Bar and restaurant for lunch or dinner only 10 minutes walk away. A huge shopping mall is also only 10 minutes walk in the same direction and 4 minutes in the car with new 5 restaurants outside the mall for you to choose. There is a Japanese, Mexican, Vietnamese restaurant as well as many others. Plus many more or you may want to go out into Mount Maunganui main street for restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away by car. I can recommendvmany for uou.There is a muzeum in Tauranga only 20 minutes drive away. Hobbiton Movie Set visit is only 45 minutes away. Waitomo Caves only 1 hour and 56 minutes away. Rotorua is only 1 hours drive away from us and you can comfortably do a day drip from us.
