AAlps Studio – Brand New, Central & Accessible Alps Studio is a brand-new, ground-floor accommodation located just a five-minute walk from Wānaka town centre. With modern design, beautiful mountain views and thoughtful accessibility features, it offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area. The studio has easy access from both sides, with a large sliding door opening directly into the accommodation. Parking is available directly outside, including a dedicated accessible parking space, and the property is designed with wheelchair-friendly access throughout. The spacious interior features a fully equipped kitchen with modern Fisher & Paykel appliances, a large island bench and stylish wooden flooring. The kitchen is centrally positioned between the two bedrooms, offering convenience and privacy. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with Art Mode, ample storage and comfortable seating. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed with an additional single bed above it, while Bedroom 2 has a super king bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. A dedicated shared laundry facility is also available. Guests can relax in the shared outdoor area, which includes a large spa and seating. Please note that during summer, the spa is maintained at swimming-pool temperature rather than a hot spa temperature, making it more comfortable on warm days. The central location places shops, cafés, restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance, with Wānaka's lakefront and outdoor attractions nearby. These may need to be replenished during your stay. Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio, with access to the shared spa and laundry facilities.
