Very sunny, light and airy with mountain views, ideal for families or small groups. Open-plan living with plenty of space to relax, plus a small selection of complimentary champagne, beer, cheese and snacks on arrival. There is a park directly in front with private access gate, an easy stroll to town or short drive to the lake. Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields are approximately 30 minutes away. Two well-appointed bathrooms (one with bath), underfloor heating and a separate toilet. A peaceful, welcoming retreat and perfect base for exploring Wanaka year-round.

I have lived in Wanaka for many years and enjoy skiing, biking, boating, tramping, travel, gardening, spending time with family and friends.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood but close to town centre.
