Sarah is a manager within food & beverage led businesses specialising in all fresh foods, fish and loving wine! Together they have professionally or personally, experienced most of what Queenstown has to offer. Having both travelled the World extensively, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures is their passion. Being adventurous types they have worked in incredible places like the Western Highlands, Papua New Guinea. Passionate about preserving the great outdoors. Loving the South Island, its surroundings, mountains and lakes. They enjoy a great novel, non-fiction, film and all things colourful. Distinctive Alpine Meadows is a collection of quality privately owned and individually curated holiday homes all having incredible wide panaramic lake views. Some properties also have their own private outdoor spa. Consisting of a mixture of two-story townhouses and single-level Villa properties all properties have their own private external entrance. Each property is furnished and modernised to an executive standard and has full central heating and complete private kitchen. All properties have installed their own private free complimentary unlimited fibre wifi connection, ensuring a fantastic internet experience. They also have a complimentary Netflix streaming account and quality Nespresso machine. Each property has its own free private, covered carport, located directly in front of the property. Additional parking space is available within the local vicinity for those travelling independently, or perhaps with an oversized vehicle. Please message us if you have any questions. Alpine Meadows is a small cul-de-sac of houses situated in a quiet residential area with amazing wide views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across towards Kingston. Located directly opposite to a public bus stop and just 7 minutes easy taxi ride from Queenstown town Centre and the bay area. Elevated from lake level, all properties offer incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good NZ/Italian restaurant and bar "VKnow", fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk, as are two additional hotels with adjoining restaurants and bars. An excellent children's outdoor playground is located 2 minutes walk away, offering possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground in the World! There are several walking tracks directly from the house, including woodland, lake route, and a track taking you directly over to the top of Skyline Gondola, Ziptrek and Luge. A very convenient quiet residential area, ideal for accessing Queenstown centre, but just far enough away to avoid the noise, hustle, and bustle of a busy tourist town.
