We run four holiday homes next door to our home and B&B. They are all situated on the same property in a quiet street just a 10 minute walk from the town centre and 1 block from a childrens park. All units are self contained, warm and modern. TV is provided as is internet. Heat pump and air conditioner in all units We welcome 1 night stays to longer periods and during the off season are willing to take short term rentals. Local attractions such as Lake Kaniere, Hokitika Gorge, Lake Mahinapua, Gloworm dell, treetop walk and beach are all within a short distance. We have four mountain bikes for hire to guests so you can ride around town or do some of the Wilderness Trail. For day trips travel to Punakiki Pancake rocks, Shantytown , Fox and Franz Joseph Glaciers or the south westland lakes. See our beautifull sunsets from the beach and also the beautifull Southern Alps

We are a couple in our early 70s who both enjoy hosting tourists. We have three children who have blessed us with 8 grandchildren who all live locally. Sharyn is a retired nurse and Butch is a self employed painter with staff. We enjoy gardening and travel when time allows and chatting with guests to hear about their travels. We have cats and dogs as look our pets.

Hokitika is a small town of just 5000 people. It is clean and the air is fresh from the sea and mountains. We are situated on a quiet street within a a 10 minute walk to the town centre which has many tourist shops and resturants.
