The King bed affords sea views when you wake; the lounge flows effortlessly to the deck for your morning coffee and the kitchenette has all you need from the Nespresso machine, dishwasher drawer to bench top-plate, air fryer, microwave and fridge. The beach is a 14 minute walk away or a mere two minutes by car. The calm waters are perfect for swimming. Arcadia café, by the beach, has a great casual vibe with an equally great breakfast and lunch menu. For the adventurous, there is a great 45 minute walk to Little Oneroa via secluded coves and views of the Hauraki Gulf. A short drive or 55-minute walk to Oneroa Beach and village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, petrol station, cafes & restaurants. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shops and 2 liquor stores. A 20-minute walk to Ostend where you will find the supermarket, farmers' market, shops, cafes and liquor store. Only 10-minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 8 minutes to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.
