Spacious and modern 3 double bedroom apartment. Fantastic location in Mount Maunganui. Across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to town and cafes. The luxury of having two secure car parks at your disposal in a busy beach resort town. Gym, pool and spa for the familys use. APARTMENT RULES-ALL CHILDREN UNDER 13 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHEN AT THE POOL OR THE GYM
