Come and stay in your own very private studio unit.
Having recently extended our home we offer a lovely newly built spacious and private studio space with off street parking and free wifi.
Perfect for couples or singles. New quality fixtures and furnishings with your own private entrance.
A great location that is peaceful and tranquil with a north facing patio and garden area to soak up the sun. Within easy walking distance to Wanaka's town centre and Lake front.
The space also has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, ideal for heating food and making refreshments but please note there is no oven or stove top, it is not set up for cooking.
There are restored (late 19th century) leadlight windows along the west wall giving privacy from our adjoining home as well as giving beautiful light.
Close to the popular Mt Iron walking track, the studio is in a great location that is walking distance to Wanaka's town centre and lakefront. Enjoy the stunning scenery, biking/hiking trails and everything else Wanaka has to offer.
