Totally secluded and private location. Relax, soak in the rural views and watch the birds dance by in this delightful love nest with views across Mahurangi to the Coromandel. This brand new minihouse with a spacious verandah is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for that relaxing getaway. The large deck with its sweeping rural views including glimpses of the sea runs along the entire length of “Avondale” so the house is full of light and has a spacious feel. The cosy bedroom has a queen-size bed and the separate bathroom has a full-size shower. The living space has a charming lounge area with a tv and the kitchen while small has all the essentials and more with a full-size fridge, dishwasher drawer, small hob and microwave/oven along with a mobile island/breakfast bar. A heat pump has been fitted so the place is warm and cosy in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer “Avondale” has bed linen, bathrobes and towels that are top quality to make you all feel luxuriously pampered and extra special.

Daniel and I have travelled extensively and love meeting people from all over the world, exchanging stories as well as providing suggestions as to what to do and see in this area we now call home.

Only 40 minutes from Auckland's CBD, a minute from old SH1, and 10 mins to Warkworth, so handy for the Matakana wine trail and its market, beaches, Puhoi village, bush walks & much more.
