Awesome location on the Golden Mile beachfront, Marine Parade. This beautiful, two storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is across the road from the beach. Enjoy the surprisingly private and quiet location with stunning ocean views that is within a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mt Maunganui's bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Pets are welcome by prior approval. A surcharge applies per stay.

due to a cyclone/landslip the Mount Hill is at present closed, and also the hot pools The Mount has great unique private shops as well as a shopping mall at Bayfair. There is a great choice of cafes and restaurants all within a 2 minute walking distance. The hot pools at the base of the Mount offer a great soak. Surf, walk, kayak, bike, swim, boogie-board, run. Off-street private parking.
