Laura and Derek extend a warm welcome to you and hope your stay is enjoyable. We are a family of seven though our three older daughters have left home on their own adventures. Our youngest two children are our handy little helpers around Blue Ridge - Devon (7yo) and baby Kassidy. We took ownership of Blue Ridge in April 2023, and feel grateful to live in such a beautiful place and friendly community as Te Anau.

Blue Ridge is situated in a secluded residential neighbourhood in the heart of Te Anau, nestled amongst established cottage gardens – just 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Our 3 luxuriously appointed studios are in a separate building to the main house, each with private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette and are available as a bed and breakfast. We pride ourselves on making your stay as comfortable as possible while you enjoy all that the Fiordland region has to offer.

Blue Ridge is only a 5 minute walk to Te Anau township or an 8 minute walk to the lake. Browse shops, cafes and restaurants at your leisure or ask Laura to help with any complimentary booking requirements for activities in the area such as helicopter flights, boat cruises, tramping walks and much more.
