Bond Estate is luxury accommodation set on 2 hectares (5 acres) of grounds just 15 minutes from central Christchurch and 8 minutes to Christchurch airport. Max guests are up to 9 people in 5 well appointed bedrooms. Add in a resort style indoor swimming pool (heated all year around) with tropical plants, children's pool and spa pool plus an all weather tennis court and games room and you'll have the time of your life. With a full kitchen, 2 living areas (one with projector and massive floor to ceiling big screen), reading room, children's play room (with Xbox) plus sky TV, apple TV, Netflix, DVD and CD library there's plenty of room and entertainment options for everyone. The property has been designed to be similar to top quality hotels with high standards but has the privacy and space you can only get at Bond Estate. With excellent accommodation and facilities the property is ideal for families, groups of friends or business or corporates who want somewhere a bit different to stay. Your only decision will be to relax or head out to see what Christchurch has to offer.
You will have the entire property at your disposal. The property manager will ensure you make the most out of your stay at the property.
Bond Estate is located on the rural fringe of Christchurch with easy access to Christchurch Airport and the city centre. A golf course is minutes away with the top attractions such as the Antarctic Centre and Orana Wildlife Park within a short drive. Riccarton Racecourse is handy as is Ruapuna Raceway (Euromarque Motorsport Park – Ruapuna) for car enthusiasts. A mall for shopping and food is about 12 minutes drive while the Christchurch city centre is around 15 to 20 minutes drive depending on traffic.
