Cozy 2 bedroom unit in quiet rural location. Just off the expressway for a base or stop over in the country. Close to Hampton Downs, Mercer, Huntly,  45 min to Thames, 40 min to Hamilton.  1 hr to Auckland AIrport. Full kitchen,  lounge/dining, laundry/bathroom, 1 queen bed, 1 king single room & 1 single in lounge, wifi, small tv. Basic breakfast, milk, tea, coffee milo provided. The TK Tavern has great meals (a fun quiz night), the historic Rangiriri Pub is 5 minutes drive. Non-smoking property.
