We loved everything about our stay. We were just looking for a place to relax before our flight back home, and this place was truly perfect for resting and recharging after the trip. Hayley added so many unique touches to her house that it made us feel like we were just visiting a friend’s or family member’s home. The barn view was beyond awesome, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Stayed one night. Location is rural and is excellent if going to Hampton Downs Motorsport Park. Close to Te Kauwhata township. Very comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, TV, air-conditioning. Had everything I needed. Clean and tidy. Good wifi. Would certainly stay again.

If you want a private, relaxing and peaceful place to stay this is it. Great communication with hosts. Modern cabin with everything you need especially the kitchen with all the utensils you require. The huge deck overlooking the countryside is fantastic and amazing views looking out. Great breakfast provided by hosts. Will try and stay longer next time

Great location, on a large farm with great views of rolling hills. Road in is easy, even the gravel road is not bad and quick way to Pearoa. Nice firepit and cool fireburner, loads of wood left out for us to use. Hosue is large with lots of room to accomodate a big group.

Friendly staff, restaurant looked nice and whatever was cooking smelt great.

The room was spacious, clean, had a kitchenette, bed was comfy. It was a budget motel, value for the money and provided us with a good place to rest for the night, with ample parking.

Seems like an older historic property but was renovated nicely. Clean. Quiet even though we were above the restaurant/bar. Loved the patio off our room & the quaint small town! Easy check in & check out. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house, super comfortable beds, the host was super nice and polite and recommended heaps of activities along our journey. Make sure to stay here, it was the highlight of our north island trip when it comes to accommodation ! I'd give 12/10 if I could
