Cozy Unit Near Te Kauwhata & Hampton Downs Escape city life in our guest sleepout. Sleeps 4 (queen bed + sofa bed), Wi-Fi, TV, ample parking. 2 mins from town, 6 mins from the motorway, 10 mins from Hampton Downs. Perfect for event attendees! You will be surrounded by Horses, Sheeps, Cows and Chickens. Peaceful and Quiet Escape to the Country!

Experience the gentle morning chorus of birds and the invigorating freshness of country air! Our unit is nestled amongst nature, offering a truly serene escape. Close to everything, you can explore Te Kauwhata, Hampton Downs, and the stunning Thames beaches. Enjoy the company of our free-roaming chickens, who might even say "good morning"! Our friendly dogs may pop in to say hello, and you may hear or see our beautiful Wiltshire sheep in the paddock, especially in spring when curious lambs are often brave enough to greet you. If not them the horses will love a pat over the fence. Relax under the big willow tree and the swing, enjoy an outdoor table with an umbrella. We can't wait to welcome you to our little slice of paradise!
