Brand new 2 x Queen size bedroom unit with extra sofa bed. Walking distance from town centre and lake. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located modern unit. The perfect hub to your Wanaka adventure awaits..... Two bedrooms - each with a queen size bed, Full kitchen, dining, laundry and bathroom (no bath). Lounge has couch which turns into sofa bed if needed to split sleeping arrangements, 4 person max for unit. Modern furnishings and plenty of space in this brand new self-contained unit. Wifi and smart tv with freeview. Heat pump/Air conditioner to keep warm in winter and cool in summer, gas hot water for instant heat. Seperate lockable shed for ski/snowboard storage. Studio is situated behind residential house, shared driveway but still nice and private.
Hi, We are here to help but only if you need us! Lockbox entry so let yourself in and out at any time. We have set this beautiful brand new unit up to be the perfect spot to base yourselves for a Wanaka adventure! Lockbox code will be sent at 9am on day of arrival.
