Kick back and relax by the beach in this cozy studio. This little home away from home is just perfect for one or two people to come and relax and enjoy all that Mount Maunganui has to offer. We live upstairs from the studio so we ask that you don’t have any parties and we are very strict on the rule of no smoking or vaping on the premises. The studio is set up with the comforts for a couple, and isn't really suitable for more than two people. The design and layout of the room is set up so your visit is done autonomously. We are rather active and often out and about. Given check-in is done by way of a lock box at the front door, and the room is set up to be completely self-sufficient with all services and amenities listed in the property profile, combined with the shower being up a 33cm step, I would encourage you to read the listing and if you feel like you want more hands on support this might not be the place for you. Don't get me wrong, we want your stay to be perfect and will support you at every chance, but we are just calling out it isn't perfect for everyone. We genuinely hope you enjoy it like your home away from home.

We're an active family who love the Mount and all the adventures it has to offer. If we aren't biking or at the beach we will no doubt be doing something else active. We have a few items that help make the Mount enjoyable so don't hesitate to yell out if you want to use a board or anything down in the surf.
