our lovely little railway cottage (close to the rail), located just in Riccarton, and 1.5kms from Christchurch City Centre, 50 mtrs from Hagley Park, and close to Addington Railway Station is fully furnished with up to date interior. With a separate laundry, reverse-cycle air-conditioner that works very well in summer and winter, outdoor decking looks over the ponds, it's very quiet and private (no through traffic) with just the odd rumble of a passing train (about 3 Times/day). Hagley Park is just a few minutes walk from the cottage, and Westfield Riccarton is only a short 10 minute drive. Walk and Shop - all so close to our beautiful pre-World War 1 cottage, which has a queen bed, and either a king bed bed that can be split into two singles beds if required.

While I live close to Nut Point Cottage I am only 15 min away from Brockworth Cottage and available 24 hours by telephone, so if you ever have any issues that need attending to, you can always get hold of me. I have been in hospitality nearly all my life and know that having the best experience is what it's all about. I hope I never let you down. John Allan
