Welcome to "By the Beach" - a beautiful, modern beach-house just a stones throw from the sand! You're conveniently close to the town center, where you can explore local shops, restaurants and cafes. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach-house is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating and tasteful decor, creating a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Bedding configuration is: 1x Queen (upstairs) 2x Singles (upstairs) 1x Queen (downstairs) 1x Set of Single bunks, plus 1x Single bed (downstairs) Parking: 2 off-street parks in driveway - there is additional space on the grass verge. Guests cannot park in the garage. **Security Cameras:** There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. *Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.* *STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.*
