Stylishly-renovated three-bedroom cottage in Arrowtown's beautiful historic zone, with great proximity to the village centre, the Arrow River and local walking / cycling trails. Open-plan lounge (with woodburner fireplace), dining and kitchen provide space and comfort for guests. Three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed) lead off the lounge, as does the laundry / bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to self-cater, or alternatively guests can stroll into Arrowtown town centre to visit one of the plentiful local cafes or restaurants. Beautiful large outdoor deck area and BBQ, provides a great space for outdoor dining and relaxing, and the fenced grass area is perfect for kids to spend time outdoors.

Cartvale is an 5-8 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown Village, with its boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes Museum, renowned cafes and restaurants, and historic Chinese Village. The property is a short two-minute walk from the Arrow River, and popular loop track, from where outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails to explore. The famous wine-growing Gibbston Valley is a short ten minute drive from Arrowtown, with dining-out options and wine tours available. Queenstown Queenstown is known as the Adventure Capital of the world, with amazing activities to explore such as: Skiing, bungyjumping, paragliding, hot air ballooning, jet-boat rafting, etc. Queenstown is approx 25 minutes by car. Shopping Amenities Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket are 15 minutes by car, with Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive.
