Located in the heart of Riccarton area, close to the university of Canterbury, Westfield mall, Restaurants and Cafe. Still close to a lot famous attractions. This house in a quiet community and have free onsite parking. There is floor-to-ceiling windows and bean bags for sunbathing, a TV with internet access and a pool table for entertainment. It's a great place for you and your family to relax and have fun. Pillows that are put on the Queen size beds, are most memory pillows. If you feel they are hard, each room has one or two spare pillows that are different thicknesses and softness for your choices. There are 4 beds. 3 of them are medium strength 5-ZONE POCKET SPRING MATTRESS. Purchased brand new from a furniture store in Christchurch. The other mattress for the gray queen bed is softer than the other three. All of them can give your body good support，but none of them are the kind of mattress that is super soft. At the last, please note that this home is in a very quiet community. Parties are not allowed here. If any partying behavior occurs, we will immediately call the police to deal with it.
