At Dunluce you will enjoy genuine kiwi hospitality paired with the privacy to retreat into your own beautiful space. You will enjoy the convenience of being located in the township whilst still capturing the views stretching out over local farmland. In sight is Lake Te Anau and all around we are framed with the Mountians of Fiordland National Park.

Kia Ora Friends. Dunluce is a small family run business hosted by Hannah alongside a couple of dedicated staff, we are all locals. We have been here for 4 years and proud and grateful to call ourselves the owners of this beautiful property, for over 10 years Dunluce has consistently been awarded trip advisors certificate of excellence. You will enjoy a stress-free experience with us and peaceful nights sleep. Most of all we are here to help and want you to make the most of your experience in Te Anau and discovering Fiordland. You will love our little slice of paradise and cant wait to share it with you.

Neighborhood info

5-10 minutes walk and you'll find yourself at the shoreline of lake Te Anau! On your door step you have Fiordland National Park and all that nature has to offer. Te Anau is its own destination and a lovely little community. Its great base to venture into the Fiords such as Milford or Doubtful Sound or relax after tackling one of our Great Walks. If you enjoy biking we are located close by to the Fiordland trails recreation track which follows the lake around and also connects to the lake to lake cycle trail that goes all the way to Manapouri. There are many hiking options for all levels, jet boating down the Waiau River or sailing out on the lake are always a hit! Don't forget the glow worm caves!
