Sunrise to sunset- breathtaking views from this sunbathed, retro 1960s beach house. Expansive decks sit high on top of the sand dunes where you can look out to sea and down onto the beach. Morning coffee in the king bed gazing out over the ocean, with sliders opening out onto the deck. There is a sheltered back deck very private with overhanging trees and sea views a great place to enjoy evening meals and watch the sunset.

A great beach for swimming, surfing, fishing and walking. A nice wee cafe with good coffee and food. The best fish n chips around at the well stocked general store. A new surf club. Close to Te Puke, Papamoa beach and Mount Maunganui. The beautiful Rotorua lakes are less than an hrds drive away with fabulous mountain biking.
