Minutes to Tauranga Hospital, The Historic Village, cafe’s, local walk/cycleways and CBD - a convenient location perfect for work or play. This delightful sunny home provides a private sanctuary in the middle of the city.

We are excited to share this gorgeous central city gem with our guests.

Highly sought after and leafy neighbourhood in central Avenues, within close proximity to Tauranga Hospital, Historic Village, Memorial Park, waterfront walkways, scenic cycleways, supermarkets and more. Easy access to the CBD or across to Mt Maunganui, Welcome Bay or The Lakes (Tauriko). Access the Waimapu estuary across the road and walk or cycle to Yatton Park, home to some of Tauranga's tallest trees. Have lunch in the quaint village of Greerton and enjoy treasure hunting in fabulous op-shops! Wonder down to The Historic Village for coffee and NZ famous doughnuts at The Whipped Baker. Stroll the boutique shops, galleries and creative hubs for a delightful day out.
