This beautiful ocean view property is a 3 minute walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom/toilet. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats and the boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
My family has always loved visiting our wonderful Coromandel property because of its beauty and the life we created together there. My approach to hosting is one of wanting to provide guests with the same experience, which should be one of warmth, relaxation, and the enjoyment of living on this beautiful coastline.
Some would say the Coromandel has the best beaches in New Zealand. "Kahukura" is a 3 minute walk to north facing Kuaotunu Beach, the neighbourhood dairy (which also sells beer and wine), and Luke's Kitchen (a licensed pizzeria) and associated cafe and gallery. The nearby Kuaotunu Boat Ramp offers access to some excellent fishing throughout the year.
