The Kepler Oaks accommodation is close to Te Anau and has superb mountain views of the Fiordland National Park, a World Heritage Park. This Chalet accommodation is self contained private perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are wanting to forget the stressful year and escape the city and busy places and get back to nature in a piece of paradise. We are the perfect place to stay when visiting Milford or Doubtful Sounds. The Kepler Oaks Chalet has panoramic views from every window, but is totally private from our home. You can sit on the porch with a coffee or wine, relax and enjoy the glorious views, the birds singing, and the fresh smell of New Zealand's native bush. The chalets are self-contained. They have a Patio, fully equipped kitchen. oven, fridge, microwave, sink, cooking equipment, TV, free Wi-Fi access. They offer double-glazed windows, electric blankets and large bathroom. The original 2 bedroom chalet has a log burner, spa bath and washing machine. The new 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom units have heat pumps and great showers. The spa pool is shared and close to our homestead for maintenance so we do not disturb guests, but still allows privacy during use.

If horse riding is your passion, why not use Helen as your personal guide. I offers stunning scenic horse rides along Lake Te Anau and the Waiau River with stunning mountain backdrops. Ride along the edge of Fiordland National Park, New Zealand's largest World Heritage Area. Internationally recognized for its exceptional beauty and natural, untouched qualities, it has been showcased in the Oscar winning "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. I am married to David and 3 teenage boys, Thomas, George and Harry.
