Nestled next to the sea with views of the inner harbour, Mount Maunganui and Matakana. Although it's attached to an executive home, it has separate access and is completely private. The bright and sunny guest wing has a large bedroom and luxurious bathroom. It’s on the ground floor with seating indoors or out with its own private courtyard. Guests can soak in the private hot tub (40 degrees celcius) which is located directly in front of the guest suite. Within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and shops, a 3.5 km drive to the city centre, and only 8 km to New Zealand's famous Mount Maunganui beach. Situated next to one of Tauranga’s most popular walkways next to the inner harbour. Guests have direct access to it. They can choose to stroll, run or bike in either direction. Includes complimentary unlimited fibre with internet and a smart tv.

Julie and Mark are well seasoned travellers and enjoy meeting people. They are happy to help with any requests. Maggie, a large, friendly Retrodoodle lives at the residence. Guests may be welcomed by her.

Matua is an up-market loaction, close to the CBD, Mount Maunganui Beach, and sporting venues.
