Escape to Kuaotunu and enjoy private seclusion and ocean views from the large decks of this recently modernised 2-bedroom house, just a short stroll to Kuaotunu Beach, Luke's Kitchen, Café and Kuaotunu Store. Extensive renovations have given this home a modern upgrade, with a dishwasher, heat pump, unlimited VDSL Wifi (80Mbps), Smart TV and ceiling fans. Farmland on one side and bush to the rear give a rural, away-from-it-all feel, while the beach, cafés and coffee are only a few minutes down the road. The big lounge has a Smart TV, heat pump and a couch with electric foot rests — perfect for catching your favourite shows, or gather round the dining table for board games. There's a BBQ and fully equipped kitchen for meals at home, and in the evening enjoy sunset views over the beach and village from the large deck. A full linen package is included (bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, face cloths and tea towels), with beds made up before arrival and a fresh linen change every 7 nights. A front loader washing machine and outside clothesline are available if needed. **Location:** At the end of a cul-de-sac in a private rural setting surrounded by farm animals, native bush and birds. Luke's Kitchen, Café and Kuaotunu Store are just a 4-minute stroll away. **Important notes:** - Sorry, no pets — livestock nearby. - The blue building seen in some photos is a separate, unoccupied annex not available for guest use. You have the whole property to yourself. - A Minut environment monitor tracks temperature, humidity, smoke alarm activity and sound levels. - Early check-in/late check-out options are offered via the Guest Pre-Arrival check-in sent after booking.
