Located in central Queenstown. Views of Lake Wakatipu and the Skyline Gondola. Only five minutes walk to the lake and Queenstown Gardens. You can walk to town and be at the famous Fergburger restaurant or catching the Earnslaw for a lake trip in 20 minutes. The Skyline Gondola is a 30 minute walk. Please note the property is on a hill and therefore your walk will be a bit longer on the return trip. If you don’t want to walk, you can walk two minutes up the hill to catch the local bus into town. This bus stop can drop you off from the airport, or just across the road is another stop which will take you to the airport. There is off street parking if you have a vehicle. You will have your own entrance, comfortable queen size bed and quality linen.The ensuite bathroom has underfloor heating, heated towel rails and toiletries/towels provided. Please note there are no cooking facilities but there is a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and glassware. Tea, coffee, coffee pods, bottled water, milk and sugar supplied. A heat pump will keep you warm in winter or cool in summer. There is an outdoor sitting area.

I have lived in Queenstown for 24 years and love the great outdoors. Travelled and lived in a number of areas in New Zealand. Have enjoyed travelling internationally with my family and by myself. Always trying new restaurants and cafes. I enjoy a good coffee at a couple of local cafes in central Queenstown. Hosted overseas visitors for a few years.

Very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Lake Wakatipu where if you are brave (it’s cold), you can go for a swim or just look at the Remarkables and Walter Peak. There are local walk and bike tracks near by. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
