Lanah Residence is located on the lake side with an outstanding view of the “Wakatipu lake”, “Coronet Peak” and the “Remarkables Mountains”. within easy walking distance to shops, more cafes and close to the airport. In the summer you'll have easy access to the lake and boating as well as golfing in Kelvin Heights golf course or Jacks Point golf course, and in winter the ski fields “The Remarkables” ,”Coronet Peak” & “Cardona” are nearby. The three 60 to 65m2 apartment are provided with a fully equiped bathroom with soaking bath, over size shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet, a walk in closet with a mini safe, a mini bar area with a kitchenette, a round table sitting 4 for dining, a working desk with proper internet connection, a large TV, a king size bed and a day bed along the panoramic window. On top of the residence is a panoramic Jacuzzy for the use of the guest staying in the residence.
Your host Han Suqing ex-China team soft Ball player and well known restaurant owner in Shanghai (Xin Jishi) and JP Dosse with a 45 years career with Four Seasons & Regent hotel and resort have resided in Queenstown for 12 years and can assist you with all your holidaying needs.
This Residence is situated 1km to the Remarkables Mall, 5km to the Queenstown center & Five-mile malls or a leisurely 30 minute bicycle ride along the lakefront and through the gardens to the center of Queenstown. Situated at the town end of the Frankton track, Queenstown's most popular walking track, the Residence has direct lake access. On the main bus route with ski and mountain transport available 200 meters away. The Residence is located 20 minutes away from five international Golf courses (Jacks point, Millbrook, Hills, Queenstown & Arrow town Golf).
