This spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with open plan living, 2 outside decks with BBQ and a large kitchen, offers comfort and easy living. Please inquire with us regarding pets as this house may accommodate your furry family too. Close to Merivale shopping center which has excellent shopping and lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

Nearby to the beautiful Hagley Park and just 10 minutes drive to the city centre. The apartment has spacious gardens and outdoor seating areas, it is located in a residential area and is down a back section so lovely and private. Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit. — Owner Residence — The property owner lives on the adjacent section and may occasionally be staying in the garage studio during your stay. The studio is completely separate from the guest area, and your privacy is respected at all times. The outdoor spaces and main house remain exclusively for guest use unless otherwise arranged.
