Situated between Oneroa and Palm Beach, a traditional kiwi cottage plus a contemporary modern guesthouse all brought together via a central courtyard. Perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun and enjoying al fresco dining and spotting/listening to the native bird life all around you. The 2 bedroom Cottage has a double bed and 2 single beds, the guesthouse has a double bed. Central to all the islands hot spots yet just far enough away to enjoy the peace, quiet and of course the native birdsong. Handy to a bus stop if you're visiting without a car. The space The 2 bedroom cottage has a Double bed in 1 bedroom, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The guest house has a King bed and a separate shower. There is no kitchenette in the guest house. The two dwellings come together with a central courtyard. Other things to note Winner of the 2021 Here Awards small projects category and Finalist in the 2022 Best Awards – Spatial Category.

Walking distance to the more peaceful Northern beaches including Little Oneroa, Hekerua Bay, Sandy Bay and Enclosure Beaches. But still only 5 mins drive to busier Palm Beach with shops and eateries.
