Luxmore tiny House is approximately 100 meters away from main road, 30 meters away from main house and 30 meters away from Murchison Tiny House. Please note that due to the proximity of the property to farmland, traffic noise and the wailing of sheep and deer may be heard in autumn. Mobile reception of Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark have good signal on the property while Telstra and Optus have no signal. We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay. We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
