Marsden Manor is a large and spacious home that can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for a family getaway. It is in a prime central location, with various amenities nearby. Guests can easily access restaurants, bars, a town pool, and a stadium within a short distance of the property. Marsden Manor has 3 large spacious bedrooms, as well as a second lounge area which has a Queen bed and a Sofa in it. The property is well presented and looked after. 2x heat pump / aircon units to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Each room has an Eco panel wall heater to keep the chill off. All beds have electric blankets on them for that extra warmth/comfort when needed. Spacious yard and large swimming pool with plenty of off street parking for your boat, trailer or caravan if needed. Netflix and TV channels 1,2,3 are complimentary and pre logged into the TV and ready to use. The TV is a 65" smart TV.
