Just a 1-minute walk through Williamson Park brings you straight onto the beach, while the town centre is only a quick 1-minute drive away, placing cafés, shops and local favourites within effortless reach. The home offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to 6 guests, with a practical and comfortable layout designed for laid-back coastal living. The master bedroom features a Super King bed plus an ensuite, while the two additional bedrooms each include two single beds—ideal for children or friends travelling together. Hotel-quality linen is provided throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. With the beach just moments away and town close by, you can spend your days swimming, surfing, or enjoying the local scene before returning to your peaceful base. Whether you're planning a summer getaway or a relaxed break by the sea, this location makes it easy to enjoy everything Whangamata has to offer. The driveway is narrow and will not suit a wide boat/trailer. *Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
