You will find that all of our properties are clean and well provisioned for your holiday needs. Our business Time in a Place takes the hassle away from holiday home owners by offering holiday home management which includes preparing homes for short term letting , managing of bookings and servicing properties between stays.

This spacious 1st level,two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasts a large open plan living area that flows effortlessly onto an expansive deck with impressive views of Mauao. The functional kitchen will appease the avid chef in the family. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an ensuite while the second bedroom comprises two single beds. An additional full bathroom provides further convenience. The sauna and a gym will provide hours of entertainment. Stroll to the vibrant main street offering an array of shops, eateries and local amenities or enjoy the golden sands of the main beach. Take a leisurely walk to Pilot Bay or around one of the many Mauao walking tracks.
