Our Property is modern and built at the end of 2017 with stunning sea views. This is the place to be if you like the outdoors and want to de stress from your busy lives. Our property has a large living room with Sky T.V. and a large soft comfy sofa, and 2 sturdy wing back chairs. There are 2 bedrooms both with their own en suite. Bedroom 2 can be either 1 x Superking bed or 2 x king singles depending on your preference. You have your own outside area with bar b que and a kitchenette with large electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave and large fridge freezer. All rooms have sea views. There is a lovely Gazebo to sit and relax under and outside dinning is under cover for those hot sunny days. The apartment has its own seperate entrance way and parking is behind locked gates although on the whole Omokoroa is a safe and quiet community. Comments from the majority of our guests are its like a mini retreat, a comfortabe get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Be sure to wake up early one morning and watch the sun rise over Mount Maunganui it is breath taking.

I am a Therapist specialising in Anxiety and PTSD and live above the property with my husband and two cute dogs. I mainly work from home but also sometimes visit my clients in their own homes. We moved to Omokoroa in 2017 and my parents have lived here since 2010 as we love living by the sea and being surrounded by nature. The walks and bike rides around here are stunning.

Omokoroa is a growing suburb which has a few small shops and restaurants including, 2 Pizza takeouts, 1 x fish and chip shop, 1 x supermarket, 2s launderette, drs, chemist, Physio, opticians, Coffee Club The Pub Villiage Green who od amazing food and The Rising tide Restaurant who also have a great menu. The local Boat Club right in the Harbour also serves meals but their opening times are sporadic.. The beach is safe for young children as it is shallow for a long way out and there are no waves. There is a a fabulous playground on the beach and a ferry to Matakana island. If you drive to Mount Maunganui you can pick up a harbour cruise and enjoy Tauranga harbour. Rotorua is only an hour away if you want to explore thermal geezers, hot boiling mud coming out of the ground, Rainbows end adventure park (where at certain times of the year you can get close to lion cubs and Kiwi's). There is also bungy jumping, zip lining and The Luge which is great for the whole family. Tauranga town is only 35 minutes drive and the strand is a great place to visit in the evenings for restaurants with live bands most weekends.
