Bright spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on a quiet lifestyle property. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has 2 king single beds. The kitchenette has microwave toaster and kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Please note that the kitchenette DOES NOT include an oven or stovetop. Porta cot and highchair available if needed. The apartment adjoins our main residence but has a separate private entrance and outdoor area. Ample parking available. Not suitable for pets Small children welcome but please note the outdoor area is not enclosed.
The Omokoroa area caters to the entire family with walking and cycling tracks, swimming, golfing and fishing close by. Children can enjoy the Omokoroa skate park and wonderful beachside playground. There is a good selection of eateries and takeaways just a few minutes drive away. Fresh Choice supermarket, as well as an excellent bakery and 2 laundromats are also located nearby. We are also very close to wedding venues. Tauranga airport and Mount Maunganui, with its eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants, are approximately a 25mininute drive
