This property offers ample boat parking, indoor/ outdoor living, and stylish interiors. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, boat ramps and local tourist attractions. You will love the uniqueness of this property and the beautiful native surrounds. Fantastic easy access and parking for boats. Great area to clean your boat and fillet your catch.
Fantastic outdoor living area on the expansive deck. Open plan living. TWO bedrooms. Easily accessible bathroom. Easy access with same level indoor outdoor flow. Enjoy the all day sun!

This property is in a quiet setting with native trees and birdlife. An easy stroll to town. Very close to boat ramps and beaches with the world renowned 'New Chums Beach' 20 minutes drive away. Great opportunities await at the 'Driving Creek Railway Park and The Gold Stamper Battery. Many bush walks and hikes available in the local area with the Kauri Grove walk at Long Bay being one of many. Taste local cuisine, seafood and locally brewed beer when you venture into the township.
