With four bedrooms each boasting its own ensuite, everyone can enjoy having their own privacy and convenience. The large master bedroom located on the top level, has the ‘wow’ factor with a private balcony, desk, walk-in wardrobe, and stunning panoramic views. Bedroom 2 is spacious with a Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, beautiful lake views, and patio access to the spa pool. Bedroom 3 is spacious with a Smart TV, ensuite, beautiful lake views, and patio access to the spa pool. Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the bedrooms and does not have lake views. Three bedrooms each have king split beds, which can be configured as 1x king or 2x single beds per room, which gives excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples traveling together. Please advise your requirements when booking - otherwise the default of 4x kings will be setup. There is an impressive media room with an 85" Smart TV for cinema-like movie watching. Also enjoy the Hot Spring outdoor hot tub for the perfect apres ski. This prestigious Queenstown Hill address offers the best of both worlds; guests are just a 15 minute walk down to central Queenstown, while enjoying a peaceful alpine retreat in a quiet neighbourhood. Its elevated position over town boasts incredible panoramic views of Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak, the Queenstown Golf Club, the Queenstown Gardens and Lake Wakatipu. Hiring a vehicle is not required as you can walk to town but may be recommended for convenience of bringing home groceries, exploring the stunning area, and for ease of getting up and down the hill.
