The apartment is fully self contained and includes a kitchen with basic cooking facilities (stovetop, air fryer, microwave, pod coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) along with complimentary tea and coffee. The living area includes a TV with Chromecast, heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. There is a separate office nook off the lounge which has a comfortable single bed for a third guest. A porta cot is available by request which fits comfortably in the bedroom, making the space suitable for families. The bathroom includes a washing machine for guest use. Outside, guests have access to their own washing line, with an indoor drying rack also provided for convenience. The property is located next to a reserve with flat walking tracks, a duck pond and playground, perfect for a morning walk or relaxing outdoors. If you are here on a Saturday morning the reserve also hosts the Gordon Carmichael Reserve parkrun each week. We are a short walk to Bethlehem town centre, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, a supermarket and chemist. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop located a few metres down the road.
