The apartment features a large master bedroom with a double wardrobe, and a bathroom conveniently located off the hallway. The generous living area includes two king single beds, a dining space, and a well-appointed kitchenette, and opens directly onto a covered courtyard. Thoughtfully furnished, the apartment provides all the comforts of home. For longer stays, the kitchen is fully equipped with a convection microwave, twin on-bench hob, pots and fry pans (including an electric fry pan), toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, and a complete set of cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The living area flows seamlessly to the outdoor space, where guests can relax in a private seating area with a table and four chairs — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Situated in the quiet, leafy suburb of Ohauiti, our apartment blends modern comforts with a charming country-style aesthetic, featuring antique-inspired furniture throughout.

Here is a bit about us! We moved to Tauranga from Tokyo, Japan, in 2023 and instantly fell in love with the area’s lush, peaceful surroundings. Since welcoming our first guests in August 2025, we’ve hosted solo travelers and families alike. Having spent nearly 20 years in Japan, we have embraced Japanese culture and hospitality. The Japanese have a keen eye for detail and strive for perfection in everything they do — and we are no different. We aim to provide our guests with exceptional facilities and a comfortable, memorable stay. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy a relaxing stay with us.
