Thoughtfully designed with modern comforts, it’s the perfect base for your Wānaka adventures—whether you seek tranquillity or outdoor thrills. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, the sun-filled open-plan living and kitchen area boasts panoramic mountain and lake views. Central heating and a cosy gas fireplace keep you warm year-round, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Please note: A new home is being built next door. The site is visible from the front deck, and there may be some construction noise between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays. A dedicated drying room with external access is perfect for skis, snowboards, or biking gear. All bedrooms feature quality mattresses and bedding . Master: Super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite Queen room: Queen bed, wardrobe Kids room: Two sets of king single bunk beds Enjoy a spacious living area with gas fire, 65” TV, Netflix, and Sonos sound system. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped, plus laundry with washer/dryer, external bike rack, and drying room with timed heater and extractor fan. Guests also have access to the Peninsula Bay Club (3-minute drive) featuring a main pool, toddler pool, two spa pools, gym, and BBQs — perfect for unwinding after exploring. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, with Home Base Wānaka available for any questions.
