Absolute Lakeside sun drenched modern family home. Golf course and beach a very short walk. Balcony provides indoor/outdoor living ideal for the BBQ. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Separate bedroom and ensuite downstairs with external access. Attached single garage with laundry facilities. Extra parking available on property. Property sits in landscape architect designed gardens. Mooring available on request.
Quiet and all day sun. Next to golf course on the Kelvin Peninsular. Pristine walking and cycle tracks along the lake front and around the Kelvin Peninsular Easy access to Queenstown by road and water taxi.
