This property was extensively renovated over a 6 month period in 2025. All 3 bathrooms were updated, front and back yard areas upgraded, new flooring and paint job, as well as new modern kitchen appliances installed. Equipped with a gas BBQ and Nespresso pod coffee machine. Secure, private, and fully fenced back outdoor area for family barbecues and your furry friends to play in. 3 air conditioning units which are situated in bedroom 1, 2 and the main living area. When strolling back from the beach there is a convenient outdoor shower at the front of the property.
This property is just past the shops on the mount side of Mount Maunganui, and an easy stroll to both the beautiful harbour and ocean beaches. Directly opposite Mount Drury park and a large playground. 30 second walk to downtown Mount with multiple coffee shops and beautiful restaurants nearby.
