Discover the perfect blend of comfort and peace in this lovely 3-bedroom apartment located on the entire upper floor of a large and sturdy family home. The three-sided wrap-around covered deck provides lovely views of the Orewa River estuary, a respite from the busy world. The dual lounges allow separate socialising areas or one can be used for work, adding function to form and convenience. Situated on a cul-de-sac it's quiet and only a 2 minute walk to the estuary, 10 to the beach.
