Our property is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just over an hour's drive from Christchurch and the airport. For those arriving from overseas you are transported in natural rural New Zealand, away from the bustle of everyday life. Once you arrive you will understand why. Our house is located in the heart of the village, 5 minutes' walk to the Wharf, Marai, or a secluded sandy beach. Your room enjoys stunning views of the mountains and sea and offers walks of varying degrees.
We have been hosting for 8 years, prior to that we lived and worked in Rural Yorkshire, England, operating our own restaurant and wine bar. We love sharing our piece of paradise and meeting guests from near and afar.
Really quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the water, wharf, sandy beach and lovely walks. Only 1 hour from Christchurch and the airport, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Some say that you visit Port Levy to Breathe but you stay in Port Levy to heal.
