Property info

This home is close to the airport, Riccarton Racecourse, public transport and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the space it has to offer - a huge living area (with adjoining sunroom) with a wood burner for those cooler nights and a great sized dining room. The bedrooms are spacious and include 2 ensuites along with a main bathroom upstairs and a shower with bathroom facilities located downstairs to service the ground floor bedroom. The house also includes a pool table, located in the sleep-out behind the garage. This home has 5 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The room with twin bunk beds has a full size trundler bed available on request. There is also a sun room available off the main living room with a day bed that will convert to a King size bed also. If you are in a large group please advise how you would like the beds configured. Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.

Racecourse Villa is very convenient to the airport, Riccarton Racecourse, and has a bakery, dairy, and takeaway restaurants next door. A short drive from the airport or CBD with plenty of off-street parking, and on main bus routes. Please look online for the bus timetables on the Christchurch Metro info page. On the corner of Yaldhurst and Racecourse Rds there is a bakery, dairy, and takeaway restaurants.
